Can’t Find C-Flow in Bluetooth Settings

① Before first use, remove the protective film from both earbuds’ charging contacts.

Take both earbuds out of the case, then return them to activate them.

② Close the case lid, then reopen it.

Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth and look for LINKLIKE C-Flow in the device list.

If needed, turn Bluetooth off and back on.

③ If it still does not appear, leave the earbuds in the open case and tap the touch key inside the open case, between the earbuds, three times to enter pairing mode.

Search again and connect.

④ If your phone still cannot find it, try another phone.

If neither device can find C-Flow, contact support@linklikeaudio.com.

For battery care, we recommend fully charging the earbuds and case before first use. The earbuds take about 1 hour to charge, and the case takes about 1.5 hours by cable. A full charge is recommended but is not required to begin pairing.
