Touch Controls Aren’t Responding

Make sure you are touching the panel on the back of the earbud, not the sound outlet.

Try the gesture again with a deliberate tap.

If that earbud’s touch controls were turned off with five taps, place it in the case and take it out again to restore touch operation.

If the problem remains, reconnect the earbuds and try a second audio app.
