Music Sounds Muffled or Lacks Detail

Start by checking the fit: the sound outlets should point toward the ear canals without sealing them.

Try a familiar, high-quality recording and check whether an EQ setting in the LINKLIKE App or your music app is changing the sound.

Compare with a different device or streaming source.

If you want to use LDAC, you need a compatible playback device and the appropriate setting enabled; LDAC is not available on every device.
