An Earbud Won’t Charge or Keeps Playing in the Case

Make sure the case has charge and each earbud is fully seated.

The case indicator should flash twice when it detects an earbud being placed in or removed from the case.

Check for protective film left on the earbud’s charging contacts.

If the contacts are damp or dirty, dry them and gently wipe them with a clean, dry cotton swab or soft tissue.

Then close the lid and check whether the earbud disconnects.

Do not scrape or bend the contacts.

If one side still does not charge or disconnect, contact support with a photo of the earbud and case.
