The Charging Case Won’t Charge

Connect the case with a working USB-C cable and a standards-compliant USB power source.

Try another cable or power source if the indicator does not respond.

Check that the USB-C port is dry and clear of visible debris; do not insert metal objects into it.

Let the case return to room temperature if it has been unusually hot or cold, then try again.

If the indicator still does not respond, contact support.

Do not open or repair the case yourself.
