Understand the Case Indicator

Check the case battery

Open or close the lid. The front indicator shows the case’s approximate battery level for about 3 seconds:

  • White: 80–100%
  • Green: 50–80%
  • Orange: 20–50%
  • Red: 0–20%

Other light signals

  • White light slowly pulses: earbuds are in pairing mode.
  • White light stays on for about 3 seconds: pairing succeeded.
  • White light flashes rapidly: earbuds are reconnecting.
  • White light stays on for about 10 seconds: case is fully charged.
  • Red light flashes for about 10 seconds: temperature protection is active.

Let the case return to a normal temperature.

  • Two quick flashes: the case detects an earbud being put in or taken out.

The battery colors show a range, not an exact percentage.
