Battery Life Seems Short

C-Flow is rated for approximately 9 hours per charge and 70 hours total with the case in LINKLIKE laboratory testing at 40% playback volume.

Actual battery life varies with volume, codec, calls, connection conditions and other settings.

Fully charge the earbuds and case, then test a normal listening session at a moderate volume.

If one earbud drains much faster than the other or runtime remains unusually short, email support with the approximate duration, volume and usage conditions.
