Our dedicated support team is here to help you with technical troubleshooting, fit adjustments, or any other concerns. Please contact us first—we are committed to resolving your issue with patience and care until you are 100% satisfied.


1. The 30-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.

  • Request Period: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

  • Authorization Required: To ensure your request is tracked accurately, items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

  • Initial Step: Simply email us at support@linklikeaudio.com. We’ll work with you to find a solution before proceeding with a formal return.


2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return, we ask that you maintain the quality of the product:

  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number or receipt.

  • Shipping Method: For your protection, we require the use of a shipping service that provides tracking information.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items purchased during "Final Sale" events.

  • Products damaged or lost due to customer mishandling.


3. Our Easy 3-Step Return Process

If we determine that a return is the best path forward, here is how it works:

  1. Initiate: Email support@linklikeaudio.com with photos or videos of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3 business days.

  2. Ship: Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. We recommend using a shipping method that requires a signature, as LINKLIKE cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return.

  3. Inspect & Resolve: Upon receiving your package, we will inspect the item within 3–5 working days and immediately process your exchange or refund.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect product or quality issues), LINKLIKE will cover all costs and provide a full refund.

  • Your Choice: If you are returning an item due to a change of heart (personal preference or wrong size ordered), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any additional restocking fees for returns.


5. Refunds

  • Approval: Once inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 2–3 working days.

  • Support: If your refund hasn't appeared after 3 business days, please contact your bank first. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@linklikeaudio.com.

  • Note: Original shipping costs from the initial purchase are non-refundable.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: If you change your mind shortly after purchase, contact us immediately. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  • After Shipping: Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please follow the return process after receiving your package.
