Cleaning & Care

A quick wipe helps keep the charging contacts working reliably—especially after a workout, when sweat may remain on the earbuds.

Step by step

Before returning the earbuds to the case, wipe the earbuds and their charging contacts dry with a clean, soft cloth or cotton swab. Gently clean the matching contacts in the case when needed, without pressing down on them. Keep the case and USB-C port dry.

Do not rinse or soak the earbuds or case, and avoid sharp tools or corrosive cleaners. Water resistance applies to the earbuds only, not the charging case. Make sure everything is dry before charging.
