Reset your earbuds

Reset C-Flow and reconnect it to your device.

Step by step

Use a reset if pairing or connection problems remain after the basic checks.

Put both earbuds in the case and leave the lid open.

Tap the touch key inside the case, between the earbuds, five times in succession.

The case light flashes alternately white and red for about three seconds.

Then remove LINKLIKE C-Flow from your device’s saved Bluetooth list and pair it again. Three taps start pairing mode; five taps reset the earbuds.

If the reset does not resolve the issue, contact support.
