Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility & requests

For products purchased on our website, you may request a return for any reason within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, in the condition received, and returned with its original packaging and all included accessories. Email support@linklikeaudio.com within 30 days with your order number. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send anything back before receiving them.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return or an incorrect selection, the customer covers return shipping. If we sent the wrong item, or the product arrived damaged or has a verified defect, we’ll cover the applicable return shipping.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we’ll refund the amount paid for the product and applicable tax to the original payment method. Warranty claims are separate from this policy and do not require the product to be unused.

Amazon purchases & consumer rights

For Amazon purchases, start a return through the corresponding Amazon order. You may contact LINKLIKE for product warranty support. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
