Getting Started & Fit
How do I pair C-Flow with my phone?
Before first use, remove the protective film from both earbuds’ charging contacts. Take the earbuds out, return them to the case, then close and reopen the lid. Select LINKLIKE C-Flow in your phone’s Bluetooth list. If needed, with the case open, tap the touch key between the earbuds three times to enter pairing mode.
How do I wear C-Flow and adjust the fit?
Wear L on your left ear and R on your right, with each sound outlet facing your ear canal. If the flexible memory-wire C-bridge feels too tight or loose, gently adjust its curve a little at a time. Do not sharply bend or twist it.
Will C-Flow fit smaller ears and work with glasses?
Its compact, waterdrop-shaped end is designed to accommodate smaller ears without entering the ear canal. The clip-on fit generally leaves room for glasses. Fit varies by person, and the C-bridge can be gently adjusted.
How do I temporarily turn off touch controls?
Tap the earbud five times. Put it back in the case and take it out to restore touch operation.
What is the difference between pairing mode and reset?
With the earbuds in the open case, tap the touch key between the earbuds three times for pairing mode or five times for a factory reset. A reset is confirmed by alternating white and red flashes for about three seconds.
How do I turn on Game Mode?
Tap the left earbud three times to turn Game Mode on or off. It is designed to reduce audio delay, though actual latency depends on the connected device and content.
Connection & App
Can I connect two devices at once?
Yes. C-Flow can stay connected to two compatible devices and switch the active audio source. It plays audio from one device at a time.
What do I need to use LDAC?
A compatible playback device and the appropriate setting enabled. Standard Bluetooth playback works on most compatible phones, tablets and computers even when LDAC is unavailable.
Which phones support the LINKLIKE App?
The app supports iOS 13 or later and Android 7.0 or later. Bluetooth playback does not require the app. Some features depend on your device and settings.
Sound & Calls
Does C-Flow block outside noise?
No. Its open-ear design leaves the ear canal unsealed. AI Voice Call Enhancement reduces some background noise sent to your caller; it is not active noise cancellation for what you hear.
Can people nearby hear my audio?
Directional acoustic design helps reduce sound spreading outward. At moderate volume, listening is more discreet; nearby people may still hear some audio, especially at high volume or in quiet spaces.
How do I change the sound with EQ?
Open the LINKLIKE App to review the available sound settings. If audio sounds unusual after an adjustment, return EQ to its default setting and compare the same track again.
Why can’t the other person hear me clearly on calls?
Check that your calling app is using LINKLIKE C-Flow as its microphone and has microphone permission. Move away from strong wind or unusually loud surroundings and try another call. AI Voice Call Enhancement helps reduce noise sent to the other person, but results vary by environment.
Battery & Care
Are the case and earbuds water-resistant?
The earbuds are IP55-rated for everyday dust, splashes and sweat. The charging case is not. Do not swim or shower with the earbuds, and dry them before charging.
How long does the battery last?
Approximately 9 hours per charge and 70 hours total with the case, based on LINKLIKE lab testing at 40% playback volume. Actual results vary with settings and use.
What do the case light colors mean?
When you open or close the case, white indicates about 80–100%, green 50–80%, orange 20–50%, and red 0–20% case battery.

What if the troubleshooting steps do not help?
Email support@linklikeaudio.com with your order number, the issue and the steps you tried. Photos or a short video may help us diagnose it.
What is your 30-day return policy?
Website orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged and includes its original packaging and accessories. For change-of-mind returns, customers cover return shipping. Amazon returns start from the corresponding Amazon order.
What warranty and support are included?
C-Flow purchases include a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from delivery for covered defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Eligible issues are repaired or replaced at no charge. Lifetime customer support remains available after the warranty ends; it does not extend the warranty.
Where do you ship website orders?
Eligible C-Flow website orders ship free to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Washington, D.C., American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and Japan. For eligible addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, standard shipping is $7.12 per order regardless of quantity. We do not currently ship to destinations outside those listed above, including overseas military addresses. Some remote or island addresses in Japan may be unavailable. Available options and final charges appear at checkout. Amazon marketplace orders follow the options shown on Amazon. Paid orders typically dispatch within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 1–5 days after dispatch; remote areas may take longer.
