How to Wear
Wear L on your left ear and R on your right ear. Clip each earbud onto the side of your outer ear, with the sound outlet facing your ear canal. The earbud should not enter or seal the canal.
Step by step
Gently adjust its position and angle until the outlet points toward your ear canal and the sound is clear. If the earbud sits too high or too low, move it slightly rather than pushing it into your ear.
Need to adjust the fit? Remove the earbud and gently adjust the curve of its flexible C-bridge: open it slightly if it feels too tight, or bring the ends slightly closer if it feels loose. Put it back on to check the fit. Adjust each side separately if needed; do not sharply bend or twist the bridge.
