1. Order Processing

Before we ship your order, we take the time to ensure everything is perfect.

  • Processing Window: Orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

  • Local Fast-Track: For our customers in the United States, Canada, and Japan, certain items ship directly from local warehouses. If you order today, your package often leaves the warehouse by the next business day.

  • International Shipping: Orders dispatched from our global hub in China follow our standard 1–3 day processing timeline.

  • Holiday Periods: Please note that processing may take slightly longer during major holidays or high-volume launch events.

  • Processing Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Excluding public holidays)


2. Shipping Costs & Transit Times

We believe in simple shipping. That’s why we offer Free Standard Shipping to the majority of our supported regions.

3. Global Reach & Limitations

While we strive to reach every music lover, our logistics network currently does not support the following regions:

  • Parts of Africa, South America, Southeast Asia, and Russia.

Please check the checkout page to confirm if we currently ship to your specific location.


4. Real-Time Tracking

Stay updated every step of the way.

  1. Notification: As soon as your order ships, we will send an email with your unique tracking number.

  2. How to Track: Visit our "Track My Order" page on the website or use the link provided in your confirmation email.

  3. Sync Time: It can take 48 to 72 hours for tracking information to refresh in the carrier's system.

Need Help? If your tracking hasn't updated after 4 days, contact us at support@linklikeaudio.com. We promise to resolve any tracking issues within 48 hours.


5. Flexibility & Peace of Mind

Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: If you change your mind before your order leaves our warehouse, you can request a full refund via your Account Page.

  • After Shipping: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. However, you can initiate a return once the package arrives by following our Return Policy.

Customs & Import Taxes

We want your delivery to be surprise-free. In the rare event that your local government charges customs fees or import duties, LINKLIKE will take responsibility for these charges. You should not be out of pocket for any unexpected government fees.
